The Case for dialamix concrete ...
The pedigree of the rotary drum mixer is well-established: however so are it's drawbacks. Once loaded, it has a fixed amount of concrete to deliver within a fixed period before it sets. The mix cannot be changed and if the customer has over ordered, concrete goes to waste. If they have under ordered, the mixer must return to the batching plant for a part load.
The solution is dialamix, because dry ingredients are mixed on the spot, the concrete always arrives fresh - infact no older than 7 seconds - on site. The dialamix machine's uniquely precise dispensing system means your mixes are accurate to within a +/- 1% of volume delivered.
If the customer has over ordered then the mixer can be shut off without any wasted concrete. The mix can also be changed during the run to suit the customer specifications precisely. If two different mixes are required, there is no need to return to the batching plant.
